Strategy is about making clear choices, to choose what you are good at and to develop it! Studies show that what characterises companies with success is that they have knowledge of what the profitable core in the business is and that they have the capacity to reach full potential in this core business.

I aim at companies in the material and engineering industries, where my knowledge and experience to combine technology and strategy do justice to themselves. In my work, I map the business, what the profitable core is and the competitive situation. Furthermore, a SWOT-analysis, a strategy proposal with an analysis of the profit effect as well as a plan for communication of the strategy are made. The work is usually carried out as a seminar series together with the customer.
